Biography

Was born on August 17, 1963 in the city of Namangan of the Andijan region of the Uzbek SSR.

1980: Service in AF

From 1980 to 1992 served in Armed forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation in underwater parts of the Pacific and Northern fleet.

1985: VVMUPP of Lenkom Theatre

In 1985 graduated from the Highest naval school of scuba diving by it. Lenin Komsomol (since 1998 - the St. Petersburg naval institute) in arms of the ships (electrical and mechanical engineer).

1992: Work in commercial structures

In 1992 - 2004 work in commercial structures (Deks Ltd, Murmansk, the director; Gold Niva LLC, chief of economic service).

In 1999 graduated from Northwest academy of public service (since 2010 - Northwest institute of management - RANEPA branch) in the public and municipal administration (manager).

Administration of Krasnoyarsk Krai

At the same time in 1999 - 2000 - the adviser to the governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai for power and transport questions.

2000: Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and Rosmorflot

Since 2000 - the adviser to the First Deputy Minister of Transport - the chief of Federal service of navy of Russia - Rosmorflot (since 2004 - Rosmorrechflot.

Since 2004 - the assistant administrator of Federal Agency of Sea River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

In March, 2006 it is appointed the deputy manager of Federal Agency of Sea River Transport concerning economy and finance.

2008: Rosrybolovstvo

In February, 2008 it is appointed the deputy manager of the State committee (later - the Federal agency) Russia on fishery. Supervised issues of development of the fishery fleet, ports, monitoring and safety of navigation.

2009: Governor of Murmansk region

On March 21, 2009 Russian President D.A. Medvedev signed the decree on resignation Murmansk region of the governor Yury Evdokimov and Dmitriyenko Dmitry Vladimirovich's appointment by the acting as the governor Murmansk region.

March 25, 2009. The Murmansk region duma at an emergency meeting approved D.V. Dmitriyenko on a post of the governor of the region (there was 31 of 32 deputies, pro - 27, contra - 4).

April 4, 2012. The Russian President D.A. Medvedev signed the decree on early termination of powers of the governor of Murmansk region Dmitry Dmitriyenko with a formulation "at own will".

It is awarded:

• Soviet medal "70 years of Armed forces of the USSR",
• Russian medal "Admiral Kuznetsov" of the Russian Defense Ministry,
• breastplate "Honorary worker of navy".

In January, 2013 D.V. Dmitriyenko's candidacy was proposed in the structure of Board of Directors of Aeroflot, however for August, 2018 among members of council of its surname it did not appear^[1].
