2021: Start of work on modernization of production

On September 7, 2021, the First House-Building Plant informed TAdviser that work was underway to modernize production on the territory of the Resurrection Plant. As part of this project, the old line in span No. 4 of the KPD-2 workshop was dismantled, foundation pouring and flooring for drying chambers began. Contract signed for the supply of reinforcement and molding equipment from the German company Ebawe.

In total, it is planned to invest 1.044 billion rubles in the modernization of the Voskresensky DSK. It is expected that the installation of equipment will bring the Voskresensky plant to the next technological level. After the modernization of production, the volume of reinforced concrete products produced will increase to 150,000 square meters. m per year. The installed equipment will allow simultaneous release of several completely different configurations of panels within the same line.

It takes several weeks to re-equip existing equipment for September 2021 for the production of products. This is reflected in the production dates and the final price of the product. Thanks to the transition of VDSK to current technologies, the terms of re-equipment of the line will be reduced to the clock time - from 20 to 40 minutes. The process of modernization of production has already been launched. The first stage was implemented at the Rostokinsky plant, also part of the First DSK. The upgrade course will cover all production sites of the mill, said Alexander Kazin, project manager for the modernization of the First DSK.

On September 3, 2021, as part of the preparatory stage of modernization, the Time Capsule was laid at the base of the pallet circulation line with a message for future generations of builders. The event was attended by the leadership of the Voskresensky plant: the executive director of VDSK - S.N. Derevitsky, the chief engineer of VDSK - M.V. Motorkin, the head of the OKS of the First DSK - V.E. Makarov, the head of the modernization project of the First DSK - Alexander Kazin and representatives of the contracting organization LLC TechnOlog.

Voskresensky house-building plant entered the structure of the First DSK in 2019. As of September 2021, VDSK is one of the leading construction organizations in the Moscow region and specializes in the production of reinforced concrete products for the construction of residential buildings.
