Within two and a half years from the purchase of DSK-1 in 2016, FGC Leader, the corporation's specialists were engaged in the consolidation of the plant's assets.

The consolidation process is important not only as a legal procedure. The successor of DSK-1 OJSC is the First House-Building Plant. All obligations for the construction and commissioning of residential buildings will be fulfilled, a construction program for the coming years is being actively formed and the enterprise will remain socially oriented.
