Biography

He graduated from St. Petersburg State Technical University with a degree in Machines and Devices of Chemical Industries.

Since 2017, he worked in the PIK-Industry company, which is the industrial base of PIK Group. As Deputy General Director for Production and Technical Development, Mikhail brought the industrial block of the enterprise to the leadership of the construction market of Russia for the production of solid waste, increasing the capacity of construction sites providing solid waste construction facilities from 750 thousand to 1.5 million m2 of ORP per year.

Also, under his leadership, the production lines of Aleksinsky and Kaluga ZhBK were modernized, the transition to a series of PIK 2 and PIK 3 houses was carried out.

As Director for the Development of the Industrial Block of the PIK Group, Mikhail was responsible for the economic development of regional industrial development projects, assessing the production capacities of regional plants and selecting an industrial base for organizing the production of PIC series LBI. During his tenure as Director of Development, Mikhail transferred regional food solutions to the SEM series (buildings built using monolithic panel technology, the authorship of the series belongs to PIK Group of Companies) in 4 regions of Russia.

2021: General Director of the First DSK

Since May 1, 2021 The first DSK , Mikhail Yuryevich Rogozin has been appointed to the post of general director. This was FGC reported by the Civil Code on April 30, 2021.

In accordance with the development strategy of the First DSC, the key tasks for Mikhail as general director were to increase the efficiency of the enterprise by modernizing production capacities, reducing the cost of sales, increasing the portfolio of orders, fulfilling the production program in a timely manner, increasing industrialization and introducing BIM technologies in design.
