2013: Supervisory audit of quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2008

In 2013, the HOST Group of Companies successfully completed the supervisory audit of the quality management system for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008 for the eighth time. The system used in the company allows you to streamline business processes, make activities more sustainable and manageable for the provision of services of the highest quality. The certification audit was conducted by an independent international company SGS International Certification Services S.A. It has no trade and financial interests in the Russian Federation, which is a guarantee of its impeccable reputation and unbiased attitude. SGS auditors did not identify inconsistencies in the HOST ledger processes. High qualification of the team, friendly attitude in the office and creative approach were noted. The company's employees are ready to constantly improve themselves, business processes and the quality management system.

2011: Supervisory audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2008

In 2011, the HOST Group of Companies successfully passed the supervisory audit for the 6th time for compliance of its activities with the requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001:2008. Regular verification was carried out by the Swiss certification body SGS, which did not reveal violations and extended the current certificate until 2014. This was the best evidence of the quality of the services and solutions offered by the HOST Group of Companies. Supervisory audits are a prerequisite for the current quality management system. They are held every year, and affect the activities of all units of the HOST Group. This allows auditors to assess the quality and maturity of the company's internal processes that affect the services provided to internal and external customers.
