2021: Service Launch PayDay
Raiffeisen Bank on September 7, 2021 announced that together with the Mail.ru Group they launched a PayDay service for the bank's salary customers. At the same time, the current balance of the amount available for output and the detailed calculation of accruals will be available to salary customers.
For the employer, the payroll calculation and payment process remains unchanged. When the service is connected to the company's account system, a module is integrated that automatically captures the amount of time worked by the employee, as well as other information that affects the amount of earnings. The module transfers money to the employee from the settlement account opened within the project. At the same time, all information from the employee's sheet comes in an impersonal form and is not stored on the service side. Each advance issued automatically appears in the billing slip, and on the days of salary payment it is reduced by exactly the amount that was previously received by the employee through the service. All transfers through the service are fully automated and do not require the participation of accountants.
To connect the service of a company that uses the Raiffeisen Bank salary project, you need to leave an application on the site. If necessary, the company can set employees a withdrawal limit through the service in the amount of 30% - 75% of the amount earned. The company can also provide access to the service to employees selectively by placing marks in the accounting system.
Employees will be able to transfer money at any time of the day thanks to the integration of the service with the Express Checkout System (SBP). In order to use the PayDay service, it is enough for a salary client to have a smartphone with the Raiffeisen Online application installed.
