Ilya Panteleev is appointed to the position of the CEO of TopS BI

The output of the company to the leading positions on key strategic directions will become the main objective of Ilya Panteleev on a new post: ERP are solutions, BI systems and budgeting systems, portal and integration solutions, document management systems and business processes, ITSM, information security, telecommunications and DPC.

Industry and specialized solutions for power, military industrial complex, mechanical engineering, the oil and gas industry, the financial sector fall within the scope of responsibility of the CEO.

Development and strengthening of the relations with key partners of TopS BI will become an important task of the new head: Aladdin, Alcatel-Lucent, APC, Avaya, Check Point, Cisco Systems, Citrix Systems, EMC, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Sun Microsystems, Symantec, VMware, Websense and others.

According to Leonid Goldenberg, the president of the Systematics Group, successful managerial experience of Ilya Panteleev, strong competence of a commercial segment, deep understanding of mechanisms and techniques of consulting business, reputation of the strong top manager fighting for success of each project – all this will promote achievement of goals, facing TopS BI.

Ilya Panteleev will also remain at a position of the CEO of AND Project company which he holds since 2003. New appointment will allow the companies to get additional benefits and new points of growth due to closer interaction, exchange of the best experience between the companies, coordination and consolidation of efforts on the adjacent directions of business.

According to Ilya Panteleev, programs for an output to the new qualitative level of service maintenance and customer interaction at all stages of project implementation belong to the main priorities which serve as a guarantee of progress of the company. Before arrival to AND Project Ilya Panteleev since 2000 worked in "Plant on Production of the Systems of Program Control" company at a position of the chief financial officer. During the period from 1997 to 2000 held executive positions in financial departments of a number of large investment banks of St. Petersburg: Europe Capital, Gamma Capital, Energomashbank" and also in power machine-building holding "LMP — Engineering".

Ilya Panteleev was born in 1971. Physicomechanical faculty, department of nuclear physics, specialty the engineer – the physicist graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnical Institute (LPI). Department of management, specialty the economist got second higher education at the St. Petersburg state technical university (SPBGTU).
