Biography

He graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Physics and Mechanics (Department of Nuclear Physics), and St. Petersburg State Technical University (St. Petersburg State Technical University), Department of Management, majoring in economics.

In the period from 1997 to 2000. held senior positions in the financial departments of a number of large investment banks in St. Petersburg: Europe Capital, Gamma Capital, Energomashbank, as well as in the energy machine-building holding LMZ - Engineering.

From 2000 to 2003 , he served as financial director of OJSC Software Management Systems Plant.

From March 2003 to this day he is the general director of AND Project.

In accordance with the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of participants of TopS BI dated June 17, 2010, he was appointed General Director of TopS BI, retaining the position of General Director at AND Project. As of June 2010, both companies were part of the Systematics Group of Companies.
