History
2021
License revocation
In June 2021, the Central Bank revoked the license from Energomashbank entrepreneur Sergei Kurchenko. The bank had a representative office in the UK. The bank completely lost its own funds, implemented a high-risk business model, and violated the laws governing the banking activities of the Central Bank. The bank has made poor payments in recent weeks.
Increase of authorized capital by 500 million rubles
On January 14, 2021, the Bank of Russia decided to state register an additional issue of ordinary shares of PJSC Energomashbank. After the completion of the securities placement process, the authorized capital of the bank will increase by 500 million rubles. This was announced by the bank on January 15, 2021.
Shares of the additional issue will be placed on a closed subscription among the main shareholders of the bank. The placement process of additional issue securities is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2021. Additional issue is assigned registration number 10200052B013D.
2020: Increase of authorized capital by 640 million rubles due to additional issue of shares
In November 2020, shareholders have already increased the authorized capital of the bank by 640.2 million rubles due to an additional issue of ordinary shares. Capital growth strengthens the stability of the bank and increases resilience to external challenges.

As of February 2019, in St. Petersburg, Energomashbank provides services through branches located in the Central, Petrograd, Kalinin, Kirov, Frunze districts. In total, there are 7 offices of the bank for working with private and corporate clients in the northern capital of Russia. Energomashbank is part of various associations, funds and payment systems. All services of the bank are licensed.
2010
As of September 2010, Energomashbank positions itself in the financial market of St. Petersburg as a universal bank that provides services to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the population. The Bank provides services through branches located in the Central, Admiralty, Petrograd, Nevsky, Kalinin, Kirov, Frunze and Vyborg districts of St. Petersburg. The network of bank branches is constantly growing.
According to the information as of September 2010 in St. Petersburg there are 13 offices of the bank for working with private and corporate clients, as well as a network of exchange points. Energomashbank has a wide correspondent network in Russia and abroad, makes settlements with the CIS republics.
Energomashbank is part of various associations, funds and payment systems. All services of the bank are licensed.
On January 20, 2010, the bank celebrated its 21st anniversary.
1991: Re-registration with the Central Bank of Russia
As of December 3, 1991, it was re-registered with the Central Bank of Russia.
1989: Registration with the State Bank
January 20, 1989 Energomashbank was registered with the State Bank of the USSR.
1988: Establishment of a bank
The decision to create the Bank of Energy Engineering (Energomashbank) was made by enterprises of the power engineering complex of St. Petersburg in August 1988. The first founders of the bank - the largest industrial enterprises of St. Petersburg and Russia - Electrosila JSC, Leningrad Metal Plant JSC, Sevkabel JSC, Turbine Blade Plant JSC, Zvezda JSC, Nevsky Zavod JSC - set the task for Energomashbank to attract financial resources for the development of science and capital-intensive industries.
