In September 2021, it became known that the company Tyumen transport system"," which belongs to the brother of vice mayor Moscow Anastasia Rakova Alexei Rakov, won a tender for the maintenance of parking lots in the capital. Previously, this was done by a Rostelecom member of the "company DataLine."
The fact that the Tyumen Transport Company won a competition worth more than 238 million rubles for the provision of services for the operation of parking lots installed on the road network in the city of Moscow, is reported on the website of the Unified Procurement Information System. Medusa drew attention to this tender (entered by the Ministry of Justice in the register of media information agents).
In total, 954 parking lots were installed in Moscow. Thus, servicing each machine will cost 250 thousand rubles, the publication calculated. At the same time, only 1.3% of drivers prefer to pay for parking through machines, and 89% prefer the special application "Moscow Parking," the metropolitan Department of Transport said.
In 2020, the authorities spent 283 million rubles on servicing the parking lots, the tender was then won by DataLine. Now the company from Tyumen will serve the capital's parking centers for 15 months: for example, change their solar panels. The contract with the Tyumen Transport System has not yet been signed by September 8, 2021.
The main activity of the Tyumen Transport System is automated payment systems for travel in public transport. Previously, the company did not win tenders outside its region.
In Tyumen, by September 2021, it serves 36 parking centers for 6.4 million rubles a year. According to the organization's website, its general director is Alexei Vladimirovich Rakov. The media wrote that he is the younger brother of the vice-mayor of Moscow Anastasia Rakova.[1][2]
