Igor Borisovich Pshenichnikov was born 1961 in Moscow.
In 1983 graduated from faculty of journalism of MSU.
From 1983 to 1998 worked as the correspondent of TASS in Cuba managing department of TASS in Nicaragua, the correspondent of ITAR-TASS in Norway in central office of ITAR-TASS in Moscow.
Since 1998 worked as the special correspondent in Interfax and RIA Novosti news agencies, worked in the field of PR in a number of the organizations and media.
In March, 2009 it was appointed the director of the department of external communications of JSC Svyazinvest.
