This acquisition is aimed at improving the quality of customer service. For Workday, this was an organic continuation of their work on automation of professional services. Workday's existing PSA tools can create a project and collaboration in the service industry, combining everything from finance to resource management into a single view. Now this view takes a critical step closer to the client with a configuration solution, price, offer that determines the exact needs and expectations of the client, "said Lisa Miller, vice president and chief analyst at Constellation Research.
