Biography

Born April 12, 1960 in Tashkent.

In 1982 he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute named after Beruni with a degree in heat and gas supply and ventilation, qualification "civil engineer."

Additional vocational education:

• in 1994 he received a diploma in professional retraining at the Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Training at the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance (since 2012 - St. Petersburg State University of Economics) specializing in banking;
• in 2007 he graduated from graduate school of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. He defended his thesis on "Customer monitoring as an element of the bank lending system," May 31, 2007 awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
