About 50 million cubic meters of construction, demolition and soil waste are generated annually in Moscow and the Moscow Region. To systematically solve this problem, the government of the Moscow region launched a reform on the management of construction waste from June 1, 2021. An automated control system is already being introduced in the Moscow Region, which allowed to reduce the number of illegal landfills by 61% by September 1, 2021 compared to the same period in 2020. During this period, 948 complaints were received for landfills of construction waste, which is 52% less (1996) compared to the same period in 2020.

As of September 2021, more than Z 000 electronic stamps per day are issued. And thanks to the management decisions made, more than 6,000,000 tons of construction waste went for processing, "said Deputy Prime Minister of the Ministry of Defense - Minister of Ecology and Nature Management Andrei Razin.

The software includes neural networks capable of identifying garbage trucks along their circuits, preprocessing images from photo and video recording complexes and recognizing vehicle license plates recorded by cameras at the entrance and exit from the KPSO, "commented Yevgeny Sobolev, General Director of MVS Group (Urbantekh Group).

Neural networks analyze images from photo and video recording cameras, detect garbage trucks and cargo transporting transport construction waste (OSSiH). Further, the AI checks data base state against registration marks and permits for the movement of goods, tracks the route and determines the presence of cargo in the body. If the truck did not enter the construction waste processing complex (KPSO) and at the same time completed the journey without cargo, environmental inspectors receive information to investigate the situation.

As of September 2021, 13 specialized complexes for the disposal of construction waste are operating in the Moscow Region, two more will open in the near future.
