TsGK Holding Centrgeko Central Geological Company

CENTRGECO was established in 2013 with the participation of a Russian company GROUP LEADER and other partners for investment and work oilgas in the sector Russia and the CIS. Leader-Group is a development company that is one of the top ten development companies in Russia. Since 1996, most of the company's projects have been implemented in Russia - real estate roads, bridges, logistic terminals. In 2010, Leader-Group established a division whose main purpose is investment and management power in the sector, which subsequently led to the creation of CENTRGECO.

In 2015, CENTRGECO became the 100 percent owner of JSC NK Tekhneftinvest, a Russian oil production company that owns large hydrocarbon reserves in Western Siberia. The company is engaged in exploration, field development, overhaul of wells and hydrocarbon production in Western Siberia of the Russian Federation.

In 2017, CENTRGECO became the 100 percent owner of Noyabrskoye LLC, which owns a license for hydrocarbon production at the West November and South November fields in Western Siberia.

CENTRGECO Group has experience in the energy sector: exploration, production, restoration of mature fields, oil processing oilchemical and production; oil trade and, gas storage, logistics and construction of oil terminals.
