"The administration of the Klin municipal district" uses a system on the open platform

In Administration of the Klin municipal district the project of process automation of accounting on the basis of a system BOSS-Referent on the open platform (Open Source) is complete. The project is implemented by IT company.

Making the decision on automation, the administration pursued several aims, including: achieve increase in efficiency of workflows, due to application of modern information technologies, create base for further use of electronic technologies on open platforms in the activity.

System implementation of electronic document management considerably changed usual style of work of staff of administration. Therefore adaptation of employees to a new system became extremely important stage of implementation of EDMS that managed to be implemented almost without serious consequences.

The electronic document management system allowed to automate process of accounting and control of execution of orders of the head of administration in this connection time expenditure was reduced by this component of workflows. Besides, thanks to implementation of EDMS it was succeeded to improve control of performing discipline, and it promoted increase in efficiency of office-work of all Administration in general. 30 jobs are automated.
