2019: Implementation of the module "Salary"

In Siberian Anthracite group implementation of the module "Salary" of a corporate information system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX is complete. On January 2, 2020 the Consist Business Group company integrator reported about it. All complex of processes of personnel records, payroll, formation of the regulated reporting is automated.

The project is executed according to methodology of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step (MDSS) within which analysis stages and design, development, deployment, testing and trial operation are selected.

The Microsoft Dynamics AX system is used in Siberian Anthracite group since 2010. With its help the key business processes of the enterprise connected with sales management and shipment are automated, problems of financial and economic accounting are solved, are conducted time and personnel records.

Earlier settlement process of the salary required considerable labor costs of specialists on input and data purification. The salary was calculated in the local program which is not connected with a corporate information system of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Due to consolidation of processes in the unified information system the quantity of the errors arising because of a human factor is minimized. The system service pack which allowed to bring its current version into a full compliance with relevant requirements of the Russian legislation for the personnel and the salary is in addition prepared.

It is no secret that the most responsible stage of implementation information systems is a stage of trial operation. It is of additional importance for payroll systems as unforeseen situations can have an impact on all staff of the company. Together with Siberian Anthracite company we tried to reduce these risks and, following methodology of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step, carried out a stage of test operation fully to check the implemented business processes in a system and their contact with already implemented modules of time and personnel records,

Trial operation of the solution began in January, 2019. In a system payroll on more than 2.2 thousand to the staff of the enterprise is conducted and also the regulated reporting, both summary, and personified is automatically prepared: forms 2-NDFL, 6-NDFL, 4-FSS, RSV, ADV-1, ADV-2, SZV-M, SZV-K and others.

Together with Consist Business Group we managed to bring successfully into operation the module "Salary" based on Microsoft Dynamics AX in Siberian Anthracite. Since January, 2019 the company completely passed to work in a system. Further we are going to replicate this solution and on other assets. It corresponds to the strategy of group on standardization of processes at all enterprises and to increase in efficiency, commented Artem Mikhaylov, the project manager of Siberian Anthracite company

2010: Start of the project on creation of a management system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX

In Siberian Anthracite company the project on creation of the automated control system based on the solution Microsoft Dynamics AX started. Implementation is executed by AND Project company.

The project is implemented for the purpose of creation of the information management system by the enterprise for the solution of a complex of production tasks and financial and economic accounting. The general information space will integrate several geographically distributed divisions in the Iskitim district and also divisions in Moscow and Novosibirsk.

Within the first stage it is going to automate contractual accounting, treasury, accounting of inventory items and purchases, sales processes and logistics of the movement of coal products. The project will cover the key business processes of the enterprise connected with sales management and shipment.

Further production accounting, accounting, tax accounting and IFRS will be automated, budgeting, personnel records and payroll. In a project deliverable the transparency and efficiency of accounting and control will increase that will provide to management vision of a complete picture of activity of the enterprise.

Within project implementation the system integrator provides a number of own registered solutions expanding basic functionality of the ERP system.
