2019: Implementation of the "Wages" module

In the Siberian Anthracite group of companies, the implementation of the Salary module of the corporate information system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX has been completed. This was announced on January 2, 2020 by the integrator company Consist Business Group. The whole range of HR accounting, payroll, and regulatory reporting processes has been automated.

The project was performed in accordance with the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step (MDSS) methodology, which highlights the stages of analysis and design, development, deployment, testing and trial operation.

Microsoft Dynamics AX has been used in the Siberian Anthracite group of companies since 2010. With its help, the key business processes of the enterprise related to sales and shipment management were automated, the tasks of financial and economic accounting were solved, personnel and personnel accounting were maintained.

Previously, the payroll process required significant labor costs for specialists to enter and reconcile data. Salaries were calculated in a local program that is not related to the Microsoft Dynamics AX enterprise information system. By combining processes in a single information system, the number of errors arising from the human factor is minimized. Additionally, a package of system updates has been prepared, which made it possible to bring its current version in full compliance with the current requirements of Russian legislation on personnel and wages.

Pilot operation of the solution began in January 2019. The system calculates salaries for more than 2.2 thousand employees of the enterprise, and also automatically generates regulated reporting, both consolidated and personalized: forms of 2-NDFL, 6-NDFL, 4-FSS, RSV, ADV-1, ADV-2, SZV-M, SZV-K and others.

Together with Consyst Business Group, we successfully launched the Payroll module based on Microsoft Dynamics AX in Siberian Anthracite. Since January 2019, the company has completely switched to work in the system. In the future, we plan to replicate this decision to other assets. 2010: Start a project to create a management system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX

Siberian Anthracite launched a project to create an automated control system based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX solution. The implementation is carried out by AND Project.

The project is being implemented with the aim of creating an information system for enterprise management to solve a set of production problems and financial and economic accounting. The general information space will unite several geographically distributed units in the Iskitimsky district, as well as units in Moscow and Novosibirsk.

As part of the first stage, it is planned to automate contractual accounting, treasury, accounting for inventory and procurement, sale and logistics processes for the movement of coal products. The project will cover key enterprise business processes related to sales and delivery management.

In the future, production accounting, accounting, tax accounting and IFRS will be automated, budgeting, personnel accounting and payroll. As a result of the project, transparency and efficiency of accounting and control will increase, which will provide management with a vision of a holistic picture of the enterprise's activities.

As part of the project, the system integrator provides a number of registered solutions that expand the basic functionality of the ERP system.
