2021: Implementation of IMS for FGC Group of Companies
Project Practice Group has completed the development of an ISUP for FGC Group based on Microsoft Project. The methodological basis for the implementation of ISUP was the software and methodological complex of PM Forsyth. The key task of the FGC project was the development of a subsystem for supporting the scheduling structure - the system was supposed to support work with sufficiently voluminous project schedules up to tens of thousands of tasks. The solution to the task was the mechanisms of nested project calendar plans.
In December 2020, FGC employees were trained and a pilot operation of the system was launched. After the implementation of the improvements, the system was transferred to industrial operation.
