The company "PC Transport Systems" ("PC TS") on September 27, 2021 announced a victory in the competition for the purchase of electric transport, announced by the Krasnoyarsk City Hall, and in December 2021 will supply the customer with 19 single-section fully low-ash trams 71-911 EM "Lionwenok." Thus, Krasnoyarsk, following Cherepovets, will become the second city in the country to receive electric transport as part of the Clean Air federal project.

The tram developers paid special attention to low-mobility passengers. For their convenience, the Lionhole is equipped with a hinged ramp and a driver call button.

The smooth running of the tram is provided by a low-floor trolley developed by PC TS. The passive safety system allows you to minimize the risks of injuries to the driver and passengers, as well as reduce damage to equipment in an accident.

The ergonomic interior of "Lionwenka" is made using aluminum alloys, which makes it not only durable, but also fireproof, the company emphasized. It is noteworthy that the production of interior components for Lviv, as well as for other trams PK Transport Systems, is carried out by the Krasnoyarsk enterprise - Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Components LLC.

The tram car provides for interactive control, an external video control system for passenger landing and disembarkation zones and monitoring the road situation, an active and passive driver assistance system for driving a tram car.

As of September 2021, the Lwenok trams are also operated in Moscow, Izhevsk, Ulan-Ude, Perm, Ulyanovsk and Cherepovets.
