At the end of September 2021, it became known about the second bankruptcy lawsuit, which ICC Demetra filed against Symbionix. According to Kommersant, citing Anton Fomin, senior lawyer of the bankruptcy department of Crowe CRS Legal, who, in turn, cites data from the My Arbiter system, from 2018 to September 2021. Creditors will bankrupt the developer of medical exoskeletons Symbionix from Skolkovo

According to the lawyer, in total, debts worth more than 11 million rubles are collected from the developer of medical exoskeletons in the amount of claims of Terminal and SME Corporation. The total amount of requirements for Symbionix is at least 17 million rubles.

Fomin says that the likelihood of bankruptcy directly depends on the actions of the company's management to pay off the debt of Demeter ICC or its restructuring.

Symbionix planned to launch the production of robotic devices in Tver designed to compensate for lost functions and increase the strength of human muscles. For these and other purposes, the startup took a loan of 100 million rubles from SME Bank. In addition, the company received an independent guarantee from SME Corporation for startups for 70 million rubles and financing in the form of a contribution to the authorized capital of 20 million rubles from the Mir fund.
