2021: Implementation of the analytical platform

On October 4, 2021, it became known about the introduction of the Forsyth analytical platform in the Fund for the Conservation and Development of the Solovetsky Archipelago.

Due to the remoteness of the facilities of the Solovetsky archipelago, the management of the fund did not have the ability to quickly monitor and control the situation. The customer needed a tool to create a "presence effect" at any object of the archipelago, to make informed decisions and control at all stages of the work.

The main task of the implementation is to increase the effectiveness of work on the creation, reconstruction and overhaul of municipal, engineering, transport and social infrastructure and housing construction, as well as restoration work of cultural heritage objects on the territory of the Solovetsky archipelago.

During the project, data were aggregated from all subsystems of the automated restoration and construction management system (ASURIS) and other data sources and systems of the fund - Adept. Construction Management, "" Adept. As-built documentation, "developed on the basis of the products" Adept, "1C-Rarus NPO and SED" Delo. " The maximum completeness of data allows you to create a reliable idea of ​ ​ the situation in the field of construction and reconstruction at the archipelago facilities.

Employees of the fund receive up-to-date information on the progress of each of the construction and reconstruction projects, identify changes in the work schedule, timely monitor deviations from planned indicators, double-check the reports of contracting organizations.

In the subsystem, construction and reconstruction objects are located on the map of the Solovetsky archipelago, data on objects are reflected on analytical panels, presented using tables, Gantt diagrams, graphs, and there is also a photo archive of objects. The user can obtain the necessary data in the desired sections by means of filtering tools and multi-level detail of information. The system allows you to simultaneously carry out analytical work on hundreds of projects, monitor the status of project execution and predict the progress of their implementation depending on changing circumstances.

Result

• A convenient tool has been created for monitoring the progress of work and analyzing the situation at the facilities of the Solovetsky archipelago - a single space of analytics and decision-making has been implemented.
• It is possible to compare all data for various periods of time (including photographic materials), the ability to track dynamics by several indicators at once, to reflect mutual dependencies and relationships.
• visualization The aggregated and detailed data for regular meetings with all offices and contractors is clearly provided.
• All necessary information is reflected on the map, it contains documentation for all objects.
• Object cards with detailed details of the progress of work and the volume of materials used have been developed.
