SO UES (workflow system LanDocs)

In August, 2008 the LANIT company was recognized the winner in an open competition for works on creation and implementation of the automated system of documentary ensuring management (ASDEM) for "System Operator of the Unified Energy System" (JSC SO UES) Open joint stock company.

The project plan provided stages of creation of a prototype of ASDOU, implementation and trial operation, input in commercial operation in the Central supervisory control in (TsDU) in Moscow and three Interconnected dispatching offices (IDO) in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Pyatigorsk.

During the course of performance works are automated: accounting, search and control of execution of incoming documents, preparation and approval of organizational and administrative, outgoing and internal documents, control of their execution; the standard solution is developed for ODU.

During the project integration with Certification center and with Microsoft Active Directory is executed. In October, 2008 ASDOU was unrolled in Executive office of the Central supervisory control in 250 workplaces, the standard solution for ODU – in three Interconnected dispatching offices in 50 workplaces in everyone, administrators and users are prepared for work with a system.

In November, 2008 comprehensive tests, including tests of interaction of circuits of electronic document management of Executive office and three ODU are carried out.

Now (2010) a system is operated on 1300 jobs.
