Product: 1C: Salary and Human Resources 8

Project date: 2015/10  - 2016/04

Content

Project Objectives

  • Optimization of business process of personnel management and payroll calculation, reduction of time and labor costs for payroll calculation and preparation of necessary reports (regulated and managerial). Maintenance of accrual accounting in warehouses and production shops;

Situation

At the time of the start of the project, the plant used about seven automated systems, including self-described ones, which partially closed the tasks of personnel accounting and payroll. These systems were not interconnected, each solved only its own problem. The output information of one system could not be used in other systems without additional manual processing. The lack of a single information space, a single NSI and the need to prepare reports in different sections required the content of an additional group of operator engineers. Part of the information on personnel accounting and wages was stored on paper. The amount of this information required additional storage space, as well as resources for organizing the archive.

Decision

To achieve this goal, the following objectives were achieved:

  • replacement of disparate systems and creation of a unified system of personnel management and payroll calculation;
  • provision of a single information space;
  • regulation of interaction of business process participants and elimination of duplication of functions;
  • Automation of personnel accounting and payroll operations performed manually;
  • Integration with the accounting system.

The system is built on the basis of the standard product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1" CORP with revision to the specifics of the enterprise. During the project, the following functional units were automated:

  • personnel accounting;
  • recording of working time;
  • payroll calculation;
  • settlements with employees;
  • reflection of wages in regulated accounting;
  • reporting;
  • educational process.

The new system of personnel management and payroll calculation is integrated with the accounting and tax accounting system in terms of ensuring the identity of the chart of accounts and reflecting wages and social contributions in regulated accounting, as well as with the checkpoint system.

During the maintenance process, the number of jobs increased to 140 and the calculation is made for employees of about 8,000 people.

During the project, processes related to the multi-year operation of several systems were changed. This required the adaptation of staff to work in the new system.

The following modifications were made:

  • an automated workplace of personnel registration employees has been created, based on the data of which standard documents are automatically generated;
  • recording of employees' working hours according to data received from automatic checkpoints;
  • accounting of plant specifics in terms of calculation of piecemeal remuneration;
  • developed the functionality of reflecting and distributing salaries in regulated accounting for SPZ according to the specifics of the plant;
  • The requirements of Tupolev Holding for personnel accounting and payroll calculation have been implemented.
