Tegrus has modernized computer production iRU

On October 7, 2021, Tegrus, a Russian system integrator and IT service provider, announced that it had developed and implemented a comprehensive project to modernize the computer production of iRU in Chekhov.

Due to the growth of business and, in particular, the demand for domestic computing equipment, the company decided to modernize its production facilities in Chekhov. The Tegrus system integrator was selected as the project contractor.

Within the framework of this project, Tegrus specialists carried out a complete reconstruction of the ventilation and air conditioning system, modernized the existing power and power supply system, installed and launched the access control and control system, and also installed electrical panels, routes and redevelopment of the room.

Now the ventilation and air conditioning system provides optimal climatic conditions for the continuous functioning of fuel equipment and the comfortable stay of personnel at work. The power supply system made it possible to provide additional capacities with a ventilation and air conditioning system, as well as test stands and other customer equipment. The organization of the access control and control system has resulted in the effective management of the production facility.

All work was carried out in 2 months. According to the results of the project, the company iRU received an optimized engineering infrastructure for its production, which allowed to increase production capacity and increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise.

"Modernization of any production, including iRU, is a rather important, complex and extremely responsible process, on the effectiveness of which both the profitability of the production enterprise and the quality of products depend. The project was implemented in a rather tight time frame and, in addition to technical complexity, was also characterized by the need to harmonize decisions in supervisory bodies. Separately, it should be noted that the work took place without stopping the production conveyor. As a result, the company iRU received an optimized production infrastructure, which, obviously, will contribute to its further development, " notes Alexander Mikhailov, technical director of Tegrus.
