The first equipment for digital printing of labels in the printing house appeared in early 2018. It was a dry toner roll machine AccurioLabel 190 manufactured by Konica Minolta. Post-printing was done - and continues to be done - on specialized Chinese-made cutting plotters, which accept a roll at the entrance and can cut up to 5,000 labels in an hour thanks to the presence of five working heads.

We are completely satisfied with this machine. The only thing we may lack is whitewash. Konica Minolta offers integrated GM flexosection for these purposes, but it is effective for several different volumes and circulations than ours. While we are engaged in the modernization of the post-printing site and let's hope that the manufacturer will make an even more efficient, completely digital version of applying whitewash. If we succeed, we will definitely choose the next upgrade Konica Minolta.}}
