Project Tasks

The Avtomir group is aimed at permanent development. Opening of new salons inevitably led to increase in information streams and decrease in efficiency of control over activity.

Thus, the following major tasks facing Avtomir group were defined:

• ensuring correct and fast consolidation of the budget data arriving from divisions;
• reduction and accurate adherence to deadlines of formation and approval of budgets.

Project Results: Geac PM budgeting system implementation

• a system and procedures of budget management are brought into commercial operation;
• process of drawing up the financial plan of group was considerably optimized;
• budget data are (twice) provided by divisions more quickly, their reliability increased, budget forms are standardized;
• considerably process of acceptance of management decisions without loss of controllability in the course of expansion of network of representations was facilitated and accelerated.
