What are lease, leasing or purchase more convenient?

When choosing complete solutions for business there are several methods of their acquisition. For example, it is possible to rent, purchase or receive in leasing. Certainly, the easiest and effective way is to purchase. But owing to the considerable amounts and features of decision making by the Customer, it is not always the most effective and available option. There are two methods: receive in leasing or rent. A difference between them insignificant, but nevertheless, that better?

The BI Expert company provides services in sale, leasing and leasing of business systems. Each of methods has a number of features which are important and take place in certain situations. It is obvious that the choice of the option, the most convenient for the client should be based on his requirements, opportunities and strategic planning. But, nevertheless, from the Contractor the description of rules of interaction at any of the selected options should as much as possible help the Customer to select the best option for further successful business development.

So, lease. It is possible to rent the solution in rather simple way. It is necessary to make payments for use of a system in the amount of 50 thousand rubles monthly. Monthly payment means payment for creation of the complete solution, its support, development and completion. Necessary software can also be purchased in lease. Advantages: first, a possibility of a delay of the first payment (the first payment can be performed after 1-2 months of rendering services and obtaining positive results); secondly, in the course of work and development of the solution in the Customer there is a possibility of the analysis and formation of necessary quantity of jobs. Thus, lease of solutions is effective when the Customer aims to lower initial costs, to provide the business with a reliable system, to pay use and solution maintenance with monthly small amounts and to control necessary scope and the number of the employees using a system.

One more option of acquisition of the complete solution is leasing. In general, leasing is similar to lease of the solution, but distinctive feature is gradual payment of cost of the purchased project. The main advantage of leasing of business systems is the considerable discount for their acquisition. Within 1-2 years the Customer pays the monthly small amounts, as well as in a case with lease. Necessary software can also be received in leasing on the terms of monthly payments and purchase with a considerable discount. Thus, leasing unlike lease means existence N-oh of the amount at the Customer on final purchase of a system.

Finally, the choice of option of acquisition of business systems by the Customer depends as on full representation of requirements and opportunities of business, and on awareness concerning advantages and shortcomings of this or that acquisition method.
