Bank of Russia (the central electronic archive of documents on the basis of LanDocs)

In 2000 the Central Bank of the Russian Federation made the decision on creation of the Central electronic archive (TsEAR) on the basis of the LanDocs system developed by LANIT company.

Project works began with preparation of Technical specifications on adaptation of the LanDocs system to specifics of activity of archive services of the Bank of Russia. Step-by-step development of a system was provided in terms of reference. At the first stage of the project specialists of LANIT developed and implemented the dedicated components providing automation of basic functions (business processes) of the Central archive and technology of line (mass) scanning and recognition of texts of documents for loading in the system of electronic archive of the archive paper documents containing retrospective information.

In December, 2000 the system of the Central electronic archive was accepted in commercial operation. From 2001 to 2005 LANIT carried out works on planned expansion of functionality of software of TsEAR and its maintenance. In 2002 LANIT performed works on creation of a subsystem of the automated transfer of affairs from the automation system of office-work of Central office of the Bank of Russia in electronic archive.

During the project the set of the user and technology documentation, more than 1500 sheets was developed.

On a systematic basis works on maintenance and accumulation of functionality of a system are conducted.
