The implementation project of an automated system of documentary ensuring management and automation of ORD archive (AISDOU) in JSC Belinvestbank was begun in November, 2005 with forces of JV Bevaleks with assistance of LANIT.
Main objective of system implementation is information support of business managerial control processes. AISDOU implements the mixed (electronic and paper) document flow, provides decrease in labor input of transactions of document handling, increase in efficiency of work of employees and strengthening of performing discipline. Use of AISDOU provides also quality improvement of decision making due to improvement of information service. Archive storage is organized according to requirements of the national legislation.
A system is created based on LanDocs software. Now works in the mode of commercial operation. The circuit of document flow of central office of bank, including archive division, and local circuits of document flow in 40 bank departments is automated. Users of AISDOU are more than 1100 employees of bank.
