The PRIME GROUP company completed an implementation project of a system of collective display in the dispatching hall of Central operations and dispatch department of JSC Gazprom.

Within the project on upgrade of an automated system of supervisory control of the unified gas supply system of JSC Gazprom the implementation project of a system of collective display in the dispatching hall of the Central Operations and Dispatch Department (CODD) of JSC Gazprom in Moscow is implemented.

The complex of works included carrying out project, construction and commissioning on all infrastructure (the videowall, a switching system, power supply, conditioning, architectural planning solutions).

In the TsPDD Dispatching hall the system of collective information display on the basis of 21 projective modules Barco of OV-715 series in configuration 7x3 is created. The set from twenty one projective modules set in configuration 7x3 form the videowall with the general resolution of 9800x3150 points. Image size 9.8mkh3.2m.

The videowall is located under a bend of 5 degrees between video cubes that provides the ideal overview for all working indoors. The maximum size of a rupture of the image on lines of interface of screen modules (a physical gap) does not exceed 0.2 mm that allows to organize a working space of information display with the maximum ergonomics.

The image of the screen of a system of collective display forms using own controller of the videowall and a specialized software.

Program control allows to manage "layouts" images on the videowall, to output the image from the computers which do not have direct connection to controllers far off to manage information output.

The system of collective information display of collective use of a dispatcher station of JSC Gazprom is intended for ensuring display of graphics images, statistical and dynamic parameters of operation modes of controlled objects and also a video information output from different sources.

In the project progress also the complex of technical questions is solved: partial re-planning of the dispatching hall is made, the portal of the videowall separating the placement of the dispatching hall on the work and process area is made and set, the equipment of switching and image generation, the system of uninterrupted power, the system of gas fire extinguishing is placed, the autonomous system of conditioning is constructed.
