In June, 2002 specialists of LANIT started workflow automation system implementation in Razgulyay-UKRROS holding. By November, 2002 in a circuit of electronic document management 105 jobs in five industry divisions of the company functioned.
Implementation of electronic archive in holding was made in March – May, 2006, then 5 jobs of users of electronic archive, including one attendant workstation of scanning were set, training is provided. Filling of archive is executed by specialists of holding.
Now a system functions in 437 workplaces.
