Specialists of LANIT began the project on system implementation of management of documents in JSC "Proton"-PM in November, 2005.
For document management LanDocs specialized software which allowed to automate processes of accounting and the circulation of the entering, internal and outgoing documents was selected. In addition to registration procedures reconciliation procedures in electronic form of orders, orders, agreements and also setting on control of internal control and administrative documents were fulfilled.
Distinctive feature of the project was the fact that at the time of its beginning at the enterprise actually there was no uniform service of record keeping therefore works on system implementation of electronic document management and the organization of office as separate structural unit were conducted in parallel. The task of process automation of management entering, outgoing, organizational and administrative (orders, orders) by documents, agreements was set for a project team, and the top management of JSC "Proton"-PM, the staff of office, legal department - only 30 jobs had to become the first users of a system.
Operation of a system in an operating mode began in March, 2006. The first results of use of a system showed considerable reduction of labor costs on documentation of information and document retrieval: time of approval of agreements, orders and orders was reduced by 5 times and was two days, the number of the internal documents delivered on control increased by 10-100 times.
Replacement of a system
A system will be replaced during an implementation project of the SAP ERP system which will pass from November, 2010 to 2013.
