LogistiX Group provided timely integration with the Honest Sign for POZIS. LogistiX announced this on December 18, 2023.

Thanks to the flexible possibilities of customizing the system, the LEAD WMS project to organize work state marking logistic from the manufacturer's center household appliances and high-tech medical equipment was implemented as soon as possible.

From October 1, 2023, the Honest Sign National Digital Labeling System has expanded the list of products for mandatory labeling, guaranteeing consumers the authenticity and declared quality of purchased products.

This time it included the category of equipment for disinfectants - air purifiers (including bactericidal plants and recirculators for filtration and purification of air in the premises), the production and sale of which is one of the business areas of POZIS (POZiS JSC).

The logistics center of the company with an area of ​ ​ more than 15,000 square meters. m., located in the Republic of Tatarstan, operates under the control of the LEAD WMS system from 2021. The need to organize work with state labeling in it arose at the end of the summer of 2023. In this regard, the LogistiX team was tasked with quickly implementing the project, while POZIS previously had no experience with Honest Sign.

After analyzing the existing processes and requirements in the warehouse, different implementation options were proposed and an operational implementation plan was developed. During the project, LogistiX specialists implemented changes in terms of interfaces and improved the integration of WMS and the corporate information system for processing marking codes during the acceptance and shipment of products from the warehouse, which are subsequently registered in the Honest Sign information system through the customer's CIS.

The process of marking the goods is carried out at production, and the information is transferred to the Honest Sign system by scanning at the stage of its shipment and return acceptance (return) directly at the warehouse. To do this, LogistiX specialists have provided additional functionality in LEAD WMS that identifies goods with state marking in orders and informs employees about the need to scan it. In addition, processes for accounting for shipments and deliveries of goods marked with an "Honest Sign" were developed and implemented.

All this ensured POZIS not only the compliance of the company's work with Russian legislation, but also the uninterrupted operation of both production and logistics processes.

2021: LEAD WMS Implementation

POZiS is an enterprise with more than a century of history. The company is a major manufacturer of medical equipment, selling its products in Russia and abroad. POZiS is one of the leaders in solving this problem, "said Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The project was implemented in a short time. The work started in the fall of 2019, already in 2020 the construction of the building was completed, in 2021 the equipment of the facility was completed.

The company is a manufacturer of refrigeration equipment, which is well known not only in Russia, but also abroad. The creation of the next logistics center is an important part of the program for the development of refrigeration equipment production. This program provides for an increase in volumes by 2025 by 2 times - up to 600 thousand devices annually, which requires a proportionate increase in warehouse capacity and improvement of logistics, - said the head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov.

Refrigeration equipment is delivered to the warehouse in an automated unloading zone directly from the conveyor. Products are stored in several tiers, depending on the purpose and size. The storage system is flexible and can vary depending on the seasonal load and production program of the enterprise.

Prior to the commissioning of the logistics center, refrigeration products were stored at 19 points dispersed throughout the enterprise. This created significant inconvenience, made logistics difficult, increased time and labor costs. The construction of the center made it possible to optimize logistics flows, which reduced the loading time of refrigeration equipment to distributors. The rational use of loading equipment and warehouse equipment made it possible to reduce operating costs, while labor productivity increased by 30%, - said Igor Nasenkov, General Director of Technodinamika Holding.

"POZiS" as of September 2021 produces 115 basic models of refrigerators and more than 650 modifications. The production uses "green" technologies and materials that increase energy efficiency and reduce the consumption of ozone-depleting substances by 240 tons per year. The plant produces refrigerators with up-to-date characteristics and design, touch control and antibacterial coating. For 8 months of 2021, the growth rate of refrigeration equipment production at the enterprise amounted to 140.9%.

POZiS is also a market representative for specialized refrigeration equipment for medical laboratory services and pharmaceutical products. During the pandemic, the demand for this equipment increased 3.5 times. In total, as of September 2021, the plant produces 160 modifications of medical equipment with registration certificates from Roszdravnadzor.
