Accounting of production workshop in Ulan-Ude of Titan holding using the software product "1C is automated: Meat-processing plant 8" — the industry solution developed based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and intended for automation of the meat-processing enterprises of the different directions

On new production need for consolidation within one automated system, both standard problems of accounting and tax accounting, and specific problems of accounting at the enterprise of the meat-processing industry appeared. And by that to include production workshop IP Bredny R. I. in structure of an automated system of the plants of holding on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Choice of the software product "1C: Meat-processing plant 8" developed based on the standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is caused:

• ratio of cost of ownership of a system of a similar class (ERP) and evaluating project risks;
• industry component of the software product "1C: Meat-processing plant 8" on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 platform as the solution is initially developed under specifics of the meat-processing industry and covers all main business processes of the enterprise.

The management of IP Bredny R. I. set the following tasks of automation of accounting using the software product "by 1C: Meat-processing plant 8":

1. Automate production accounting of a meat-processing complex, including integration of the software product "1C: Meat-processing plant 8" with the weight equipment "Mettler Toledo";

2. Automate implementation processes of finished goods to buyers;

3. Maintaining the normative reference information, including formation of specifications on finished goods and semi-finished products, maintaining base of standards of production yields and a consumption of raw materials on production sites;

4. Carry out operational accounting in warehouses: purchases, movements, write-offs, inventories;

5. Automate calculation of the price-work salary;

6. Automate accounting and tax accounting on the general system of taxation.

As the partner in automation of IP Bredny R. I. the 1C:VDGB company which has experience of implementation and further support of the software products 1C developed based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system was selected. The Moscow office of the company assisted in the choice of the software and performed a subsequent delivery, and the Omsk branch of 1C:VDGB company (Proyekty i podderzhka LLC, Omsk) performed system implementation "1C: Meat-processing plant 8".

In the course of implementation, standard configuration "1C:Enterprise 8. Meat-processing plant" it is finished under needs of the customer:

• the module is developed for work with the weight equipment "Mettler Toledo":
• it is implemented external a component for integration of a configuration "1C:Enterprise 8. The meat-processing plant" with the weight IND 560 terminal, is implemented the block of operational reports for quality control of the made products (observance of compoundings, standards of exits);
• the standard mechanism of calculation of cost value is improved;
• processes of shipment of products to buyers are optimized: interfaces, routing, batch print of documents, formation of qualitative certificates, implementation of the workflow system for the purpose of ensuring safety of products are optimized;
• the functionality block is developed for preparation of the regulated tax statements of the individual entrepreneur on the general system of taxation (the book of accounting of income and expenses of the entrepreneur on the general system of taxation).

Staff of 1C:VDGB company performed works:

1. Installation of the software product at the client;
2. Holding a training, identification of essential rejections of requirements of the Customer from functionality of the software product;
3. Completion of functionality of the software product;
4. User training of 1C;
5. Preparation of information base for start;
6. Maintenance of users and the software product on start, transfer to commercial operation.

Now the works within the project are completed. The following subsystems of accounting are put into commercial operation:

• Accounting;
• Tax accounting;
• Payroll;
• Product data management — structure of a product;
• Order management of buyers;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Production management;
• Products cost accounting;
• Sales management.

Aggregate term from the beginning of the project of automation and before start of an information system based on "1C:Enterprise 8" made only 4 months (the beginning of the project in July, 2009). A total quantity of at the same time working users in a system — 20 specialists. Using the implemented industry solution "1C: Meat-processing plant 8" the regulated reporting for 2009 and in 1 quarter 2010 is prepared and handed over. As a result of successful implementation the current support of a system and users is entrusted Projects and Support companies (Omsk).
