On October 21, 2021, Softline announced that it had developed a comprehensive solution for the international company Vee Technologies, which includes individually selected tools, which made it possible to combine disparate client teams in one cloud. As a result, 600 staff were effectively communicated and information stored in an orderly manner. With the upgrade of the Vee Technologies digital ecosystem, the company's specialists, regardless of their location, now have up-to-date data from any device. In turn, this allowed managers to track information flows, as well as status of tasks and projects.

In recent years, the company's staff has increased to 600 employees, and Vee Technologies has also expanded geographically. All this required solving a number of problems: it was necessary to maintain a strong corporate culture in a geographically distributed team, ensure consistency and consistency of documentation, as well as employee access to relevant information with a large data flow.

The company used outdated platforms and tools, although familiar to employees, but not suitable for productive interaction. The cumbersome e-mail system slowed business processes and made it difficult to work with the flow of information. In addition, the unorganized storage of information dispersed in different places prevented its rapid search and joint use of documents. Starting work on the project, the Softline team determined that the client's problem was really obsolete technology. Specialists of the global provider selected tools taking into account the scale of the organizational structure of Vee Technologies. In addition, the solution was to achieve three goals at once - to ensure coherence, streamline the information flow and organize effective communication. As a result, all customer teams were integrated into a single cloud with a comprehensive solution that is a custom toolset.

The Softline team paid special attention to the preparation of Vee Technologies employees for the upcoming changes. The client's specialists could express their opinion, find out all the points of interest and, where necessary, undergo training. After deploying the solution, Softline provided technical support and organized the uninterrupted operation of the solution both for each employee and between departments and for the company as a whole. This allowed you to analyze the implementation process and identify problems through feedback and system testing, and then make the necessary changes to optimize the solution. This approach has eliminated communication barriers in the company, ensuring the orderly storage of information and eliminating widespread inconsistencies due to the creation of numerous copies and disparate documents by employees. In addition, the solutions introduced by Softline helped the client's employees focus on team creativity. Now Vee Technologies experts, even on different continents, can easily and quickly organize conference calls, gather in groups and assign tasks.
