Roszdrav (workflow system LanDocs)

The project started in August, 2006.

Specialists of LANIT were faced by difficult tasks: in a short time to provide transition to the new software, having saved the operating procedures of work with documents and also to execute converting of the data which are saved up in legacy system. Works on converting were performed as soon as possible - office work year was finished on December 29, 2006, and already on January 9, 2007 employees Roszdrava began to work in a new system. From an old system more than 300,000 documents and resolutions were transferred to new.

In the project progress functions of registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents, control of their execution were automated, automatic delivery of electronic documents to contractors is configured, document retrieval is automated, a number of the functions connected with processing of appeals to Roszdrav of citizens is implemented. Before operation by specialists of LANIT user training was provided.

In April, 2007 as a result of the held competition the public contract on maintenance and development of PIK Office-work Roszdrava and also on expansion of number of jobs to eighty was signed with LANIT company.

Within works of 2007 on maintenance and development of PIK Office-work as specialists of LANIT executed delivery of additional client licenses; training of new users is provided; consultation of users in workplaces is carried out; interaction with the program and information complexes connected with management of the national project in the field of health care is provided.
