Karacharovsky mechanical plant (workflow system LanDocs)

After the solution of priorities of automation of operational accounting the plant started establishing control over the movement and storage managerial and the normative reference documentation - in May, 2007 system implementation of electronic document management, LanDocs constructed using the software began.

The organization of effective document flow of KMZ was complicated by the fact that different divisions of the enterprise are territorially deleted from each other. At traditional technology of transfer of paper documents it led to big delays in the movement of documents from the contractor to the contractor. Also risks of loss of documents, before LanDocs implementation were high that to reduce them, it was necessary to perform double registration: the document was registered in division - the initiator, and after transfer – repeatedly was registered in division receiver.

As a result of inspection by specialists of LANIT the scheme which considerably simplified work with documents and allowed to avoid their double registration was offered. During the project processing of the entering and outgoing correspondence and also registration of organizational and administrative documents were automated.

Implementation took place according to the economic scheme: The LANIT conducted only examination, requirements to setup of a system are prepared, training of two key experts is provided. The software installation, training of the main part of the personnel working with a system and further implementation were performed by the staff of KMZ independently.

Now a system is operated more than in 150 workplaces.
