Arenadata LogSearch (ADLS)

Arenata LogSearch is a scalable fault-resistant system designed for analysis and full-text search. Elasticsearch technology was developed for full-text search based on the Apache Lucene library. The main functional feature of the library is to provide scalable and high-speed indexing of data (creating objects inside the database that meet certain search criteria). Such systems are especially relevant when you need to search for complex queries: search for phrases that include different parts of speech or search by geographical coordinates.

2021: Finalize Arenata LogSearch 1.0 Testing

On October 26, 2021, Arenadata announced the completion of the final testing of the product based on Elasticsearch technology - Arenadata LogSearch 1.0. (ADLS). This is one of the products in the Russian market that provides quick access to Elasticsearch technology and the ability to work with it in a heterogeneous IT infrastructure (bare-metal, clouds, multi-clouds).

Arenata LogSearch can be used in two ways:

• As a scalable full-text search and analytical engine that allows you to store large amounts of data and carry out quick search and analytics in conditions that are as close to real time as possible.
• As a mechanism for enabling applications to work with complex functions and search requirements.

Arenata LogSearch will be useful to any organization that is interested in analyzing the results of its activities and optimizing decisions made. The technologies presented in the product allow you to configure systems to analyze the causal relationships of certain events and ensure data security, as well as to improve new software products. As a base for our product, we have chosen a mature and already established open project OpenSearch. This distribution includes all the most important services necessary for the full use of Elasticsearch technology, said Alexey Chernokur, product manager of Arenata LogSearch.

The significant qualities of Arenata LogSearch are native integration with other components of the Arenata EDP platform and the built-in universal orchestrator of the Arenata Cluster Manager hybrid IT landscape (ADCM). The pre-installed management system allows you to automate the installation, configuration and update of services, as well as significantly simplify product management in a heterogeneous IT infrastructure: bare-metal, clouds and multi-clouds. To support users of the product, Russian-language technical support is provided in 8/5 or 24/7 mode. In the immediate plans for the development of the product - the expansion of functionality, the introduction of additional mechanisms to ensure information security of data, the development of core functionality in terms of analyzing metrics and ensuring support for domestic OS.
