Biography

Born February 17, 1961

In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

1985: "TANTK named after G.M. Beriev"

In 1985-1986 worked as a design engineer at OJSC TANTK named after G.M. Beriev.

1986: City Committee of the Komsomol Taganrog

From 1986 to 1987 he served as second secretary of the city committee of the Komsomol Taganrog.

1991: Director of the company "Shelf"

In 1991, he created OJSC Shelf and until 1997 worked as its director.

1997: General Director of Tagmet

In 1997, he was able to consolidate a large stake in the Taganrog Metallurgical Plant (Tagmet) and became its owner and general director. He held the position until 2002.

1998: Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region

From 1998 to 2003 he was a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region.

Initiation of criminal proceedings

In 2002, a criminal case was instituted against Sergei Bidash under articles 199 (tax evasion) and 159 (fraud) of the Criminal Code. RUSSIAN FEDERATION Sergei Bidash was charged with embezzlement of 107 million rubles budget money and an attempt to misappropriate another 17 million rubles, committed in a group with the then accountant of Tagmet OJSC Vladimir Orlov, which, according to the prosecution, they appropriated VAT 800 tons of broken glass under the guise of mosaic[1]

2004: Arrest

At the end of 2004, he was taken into custody, and in November 2006, the court sentenced Mr. Bidash to 6 years in a penal colony. According to some experts, the case was clearly political in nature[2]. Released under parole in the summer of 2010

2021: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Taganrogbank

As of October 2021, Bidash Sergey Andreevich is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Taganrogbank JSC.
