LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez (workflow system LanDocs)

LanDocs implementation project in JSC LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez (NORSI) started in 2001.

According to development plans for a system in 2006 the project of creation of electronic archive was executed. Specialists of LANIT conducted examination of the existing archive and executed adaptation of standard software of LanDocs: ARHIV to specifics of archive of managerial documentation of the customer. The provided set of standard reports developed according to the "Basic rules of work of archives of the organizations" approved by the decision of Board of Rosarkhiv of 2/6/2002 completely corresponded to the customer's wishes. Taking into account requirements of the State archive of the Nizhny Novgorod Region the appearance of the annual section of the summary inventory and Deed of conveyance of documents for the state storage was only modified.

Within the project one more task, important for the customer, - filling of electronic archive is solved. Due to the large volume and special value of paper documents specialists of LANIT defined a priority of digitization and the technology of scanning of documents using the productive skanerny equipment is developed.

IT specialists carried out integration of electronic archive with the electronic document management system operating at the enterprise, implemented technology of formation in electronic form of delivery inventories and transfer on archive storage of electronic documents.

A system is operated in 257 workplaces.
