2021: A comprehensive solution for negotiating

On November 9, 2021, HayTek-Integration presented a comprehensive solution for organizing negotiations in any office - a booth for meetings SmartMeeting HQ. Thanking relevant multimedia to decisions which configuration is selected depending on wishes of the customer, sound insulation, adjustable lighting and the ventilation system, SmartMeeting HQ is an optimal solution for business meetings, an audio- and video conferencing in the conditions of office like Open Space.

In the booth for meetings SmartMeeting HQ will be able to accommodate up to 4 people, who will be available a set of current multimedia tools in the complete absence of external distractions, such as office noise, untimely colleagues, visual effects, etc.

As of November 9, 2021, SmartMeeting HQ is presented in the HayTek portfolio in several versions, differing in technical content and a price in the range of 2.5-4.3   million rubles. The following equipment package is installed in the full configuration:

  • Built-in nettop PC with USB or HDMI connectivity (presentation output and software VCS)
  • professional wide-angle ePTZ webcam (Avaya HC020 or ClearOne Unite 50 4K);
  • sound amplification system based on ceiling microphone array, echo and noise cancellation signal processing processor and two-band acoustics (ClearOne)
  • interactive touch monitor 24 'NexTouch (or All-in-One with built-in PC with Win10)
  • Integrated control system based on Crestron with touch panel (RGB lighting, ventilation, AV equipment) and presence sensor;
  • interface for fast connection of the laptop to multimedia system of the cockpit;
  • SMART glazing (Private Glass);
  • room reservation panel with light indication of employment (for example, Booko);
  • wireless charging for smartphone built-in countertop.

If desired, the set of components can be changed to a smaller or larger extent depending on customer requirements.

Offices of Open space - not the only place where the cabin for SmartMeeting HQ meetings can be demanded. It can be used, for example, in financial institutions (video banking, private customer service via video link), for the work of HR divisions in large companies (conducting face-to-face and remote interviews with applicants), at entrance groups of enterprises with limited access to visitors (holding negotiations without entering the enterprise), at field events (exhibitions, conferences, forums), when organizing remote public service in the MFC and in many other places.
