2021: Use of SED "Case"

Barnaul plant is RTI Group developing the DELO system. This was announced on November 15, 2021 by the company Electronic Office Systems (EOS).

The first results of the implementation of SED DELO at the Barnaul plant of rubber technical products are an increase in the speed of work and a more rational use of the time of employees of the management apparatus. This was made possible due to the rejection of paper service notes and the transition to electronic sighting. The project was implemented at the end of the summer of 2021 by the KS-Consulting company, an EOS partner in Siberia and the Far East.

As in any other large organization, a large number of contracts and service notes are signed and agreed on a daily basis. A significant (moreover, constantly growing) volume of document flow needed a modern tool that allows you to optimize the management of document flows -/ EDMS- ECM solution.

At the stage of SED selection, the prevalence factor and positive experience of using this software product by many organizations of the Altai Territory played in favor of the DELO system . The customer's employees, who play a decisive role in the document flow, already had a general idea of ​ ​ the DELO SED, its functionality, heard positive reviews. The final decision was made after the presentation by KS-Consulting specialists.

The project standard included three stages:

• Collect information about the staffing table, groups of documents and their coordination chains, find out the technological chains of working with documents in order to correctly distribute rights and place emphasis during training.
• Installation of server and client part.
• User training and author supervision.

The implementation process began in August 2021 at the same time in all departments of the organization and took only one month. The DELO system made it possible for employees to abandon paper service notes and switch to electronic sighting of documents. The negotiation process itself has been simplified, including through the acquisition of the EOS Desktop Service option. It allows you to edit projects that have entered the visa directly from Case-Web, without first downloading the file to the user's computer.

As of November 2021, the industrial operation of the DELO system in RTI Group lasts only a couple of months. But there is already an increase in the speed of work and a significant reduction in the time for agreeing on documents.
