In DVGU the service of remote submission of documents on entering a higher education institution is implemented

At the Far Eastern Federal University (DVGU) the system of remote document registration via the web portal is implemented. The service of electronic submission of documents is implemented based on the automated control system for the Galaktika ERP enterprise. The project of control automation by university is executed by the official regional representative of Galaktika corporation in the Far East – Novy Atlant company.

Means of this ERP system already solve tasks of management of budgets, logistics, agreements, personnel, transport, accounting, calculation of grants and the salary. In total in DVGU 120 licenses ERP systems Galaktika are operated. In a system more than 70 users work, at the same time more than 500 people use reports.

Within the project of complex automation in DVGU communication of the Galaktika ERP system with the Selection committee program which is available in university is provided, joining of payments with an electronic document management system of SED FK according to Government contracts is executed.

A new system allows to file documents for entering a university from any place in the world in electronic form. The personal visit to selection committee for registration procedure is not required. For the first four days of work of the electronic portal as service more than 120 people used.

According to Alexey Kazansky, the CEO of Novy Atlant company, similar services this year for the first time in the country are implemented in only three leading Russian universities – in MIPT, MEPhI and DVGU. And, the system of electronic registration at the Far Eastern Federal University profitable differs from accepted in the Moscow universities by the high technological effectiveness. For example, the entrant who sent in electronic form documents to selection committee of DVGU receives in reply by e-mail the special notification with input data. Using these data, future student can learn about the transfer.
