Voxys Communications Center certified according to ISO International Quality Standard

2021: ISO Certification 18295-1

The VOXYS Communications Center passed the certification audit of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 18295-1. This became known on November 10, 2021.

The certification procedure consisted of several stages and included interviews with management, analysis of documentation, regulations, procedures, management processes necessary for the functioning of the ISO18295-1 quality management system introduced earlier in VOXYS.

The results of the audit conducted by experts of the International Institute for Certification of Contact Centers were a positive decision on certification of the VOXYS communication center, made by the international certification body Austrian Standards, which confirmed the compliance of VOXYS management processes with the international quality standard in the field of client service ISO 18295-1: 2017-07. The quality certificate received the VOXYS site in the city of Saransk.

Every day, 8,000 employees of the VOXYS communications center process more than 1 million calls, providing an exceptional level of customer service on more than two hundred communication projects implemented in the interests of the largest Russian and international companies.
