According to the youths of the Ministry of Tourism of the Sakhalin Region, the heads of collective accommodation facilities have repeatedly reported on the inconvenient format of interaction with the UVM of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, because in order to inform the branches of the state agency, you have to disconnect from the work of employees. Electronic document management (EDO) with the Ministry of Internal Affairs allows the hotel to instantly report on arriving guests directly from its computer. This significantly reduces the risk of delays and fines.

Sakhalin Oblast became the 69th region in turn, connected to the electronic document flow from the Ministry of Internal Affairs through the Circuit.
