In scientific and educational organization "Academy of Social and Economic Development" for automation of accounting and tax accounting on the simplified tax system (STS) system implementation "1C: Simplified Taxation" on the 1C: Enterprise platform was implemented. The project is executed by 1C:VDGB company.
The selected system allowed to organize accounting of income and expenses according to requirements of the legislation, delivery of the regulated reporting, calculation of a zarabotnoyplata and taxes on FOT, the personified accounting, maintaining the cash-book, purchase ledger and sales ledger, accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets.
The 1C: Simplified Taxation system can be used with application solutions "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".
Implementation is executed without significant configuration changes. Within the project the demonstartion, installation and elementary education of employees to work with the program is carried out.
