1C: Simplified Taxation 8 is intended for the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs transferred to the simplified tax system (STS) according to Chapter 26.2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The program allows to automate accounting and tax accounting and preparation of the regulated reporting at the small enterprises where one accountant works with the program.
1C: Simplified Taxation 8 is specialized delivery of the program 1C: Accounting 8. The basic version which is previously configured for accounting according to the STS. The user interface of the program 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 is simpler, than at traditional 1C: Accounting 8 as includes only the elements used at application by the STS. At the same time in 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 all opportunities of 1C: Accounting 8 are saved – to change special setup enough and it is possible to keep full account for the organizations applying a general regime of taxation and paying income tax.
Tax accounting in 1C: Simplified Taxation 8, as well as in 1C: Accounting 8, is conducted automatically – the records "Books of Accounting of Income and Expenses" form the program at registration of primary documents and accomplishment of procedural transactions.
1C: Simplified Taxation 8 allows to solve all problems facing accounting service of the enterprise, including, for example, the statement of primary documents, sales accounting, etc. Besides, information on separate types of activity, trade and production operations, the staff of adjacent services of the enterprise who is not accountants can enter. In this case behind accounting service there is a methodical management and control of the settings of information base providing automatic reflection of documents in accounting and tax accounting.
In 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 the possibility of sharing with application solutions 1C is provided: Trade management and 1C: Salary and Personnel management, also created on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.
Transition to a general regime of taxation
In the program 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 all opportunities of normal delivery 1C: Accounting 8 are saved. Basic version. In case of change of tax regime in the organization to the user of a product 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 is not required to purchase the new program — to change special setup enough and it is possible to keep full account for the organizations applying a general regime of taxation and paying income tax.
Possibilities of 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 for users of 1C: Accounting 8
If in the organization the 1C: Accounting 8 program was purchased and at the same time it is required to keep account according to the STS, then there is no need to purchase product 1C: Simplified Taxation 8. For obtaining all functionality of a product 1C: Simplified Taxation 8, including the user interface and necessary settings, to the registered users of the program 1C: Accounting 8 is enough to update a configuration to version 1.6.9 or above. After updating of a configuration the program can be switched to the special mode which hides the menu items and elements of dialogs which are not used at application by the STS.
Updating of the program via the Internet
For the registered users updating of the program via the Internet is provided. The program can check existence of new versions, and if necessary receive and set updating. It allows to receive quickly, for example, new forms of forms of the reporting.
The 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 program gives following features:
- the organization of accounting of income and expenses according to requirements of the legislation;
- delivery of the regulated reporting;
- payroll and taxes on FOT;
- the personified accounting;
- maintaining cash-book, purchase ledger and sales ledger;

Verification of the created documents using the built-in check of the program and the CheckXML program if it is set on the computer is executed;
- The cash flow item can be specified at execution of the payment order, this article will be autocompleted at registration of write-off from the checking account;
- Data for reflection of payment in accounting can be entered into the document of write-off directly from the payment order;
- The declaration on a severance tax approved by the order of FTS of 4/7/2011 No. MMB-7-3/253 @ is added;
- Unloading in electronic form of the Statement for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes (in the edition accepted by the Protocol of 12/11/2009 "About information exchange in electronic form between tax authorities of member states of customs union about paid amounts of indirect taxes") in version 5.01 format approved by the Order of FTS of 1/24/2011 No. MMB-7-6 @ is implemented;
