Since 2020, Neti (Neti) specialists have been accompanying 1C in the Russian Media Group holding: updating configurations, developing algorithms, correcting errors, and solving user problems. This was announced by Neti on November 22, 2021.

The project manager analyzed the configuration of the media holding in advance and fixed ideas that will help speed up the update. Having understood the task in detail, he compiled a list of works and handed it over to specialists for implementation.

As a result, due to preliminary preparation and immersion in the task, the cost of updating decreased from 6 hours to 30 minutes. The customer saved five and a half hours due to simple internal quality control.

Neti submitted a report for revision for the finance department.

The developer has rewritten the existing report for 3 days on the technology required by the customer with the required result:

  • data began to be correctly pulled into the general report with the possibility of excluding intra-group turnover between the holding companies;
  • the report began to "fight" with the financial system;
  • it became convenient to work with the report.

One of the main conditions of this task was the development of the most convenient user interface. The customer applied the Agile methodology, which allowed to take into account unstructured and non-system requirements of end users.

A customer interaction subsystem has been created:

  • developed a complex but flexible system for calculating discounts;
  • created an advertising ordering system in the form of packages with different placement and pricing conditions;
  • modified the order creation form to show past locations;
  • linked atypical advertising accounting documents with the standard "Internal Document," which made it possible to conduct them according to the usual scheme in the configuration 1C: Document flow.

After preparing the MVP, the customer's consultants trained the users, and the performer adjusted the interface and algorithms.
