2021: Raising $2 million

Green Green from Russia announced on November 19, 2021 that it will invest $2 million in Pocket Size Games, an indie studio from the United States that raises awareness of the environment and environmental problems.

Green Green is an international developer and publisher of mobile games and applications. Green Green previously invested in Infusion Games, NPU Games and Developers Unknown. The first Infusion Games game, Cyber Wars, will be released in August 2022.

As stated by Green Green founder and CEO Dima Morozov, when they saw the vision of future Pocket Size Games projects, they immediately realized that they wanted to work with the studio. In addition, Morozov said that he knew that it was worth investing in the studio.

Pocket Size Games is an indie studio with 25 employees, which was founded in 2021. Studio employees mainly consist of industry veterans from large companies such as Disney, EA, Liquid Development and MyTona. Pocket Size Games said they would like to focus on creating next-generation mobile games.

In addition to environmental issues, their goal is to discuss many global and personal topics. Some of these topics, they say, are related to the search for individual fate, social inequality and many others.

The founders and consultants of the studio are Mikhail Kazalino, Maxim Mikheenko and Yuri Kolokolnikov. Casalino, according to the company, used to be the artistic director of Disney Mobile. Moreover, he was CEO of 5518 Studios.

Earlier, Maxim Mikheenko worked as an operating director at 5518 Studios. Yuri Kolokolnikov is a famous actor and film producer who previously starred in the HBO series Game of Thrones.

According to Casalino, players expect exciting storylines and high-budget graphics. The company said that with these investments they will work to develop their first mobile games.

The studio revealed only the names of the games: "An Epic Journey to Save the Planet" and "A Sense of Life." They said that the games will develop according to the plot about the world, which is on the verge of environmental collapse.

By November 19, 2021, both games were announced only for iOS: Save the Planet will be released in 2022, and Sense of Life in 2023.[1]
